Cescon Barrieu and Lefosse act on Unidas Locações issue
Cescon Barrieu and Lefosse acted on Unidas Locações e Serviços’ 13th issuance of nonconvertible, unsecured debentures, in a single series, for the public distribution, without prior analysis, destined to professional investors, in the total amount BRL 500 million, pursuant to CVM 160.
The offering was intermediated by Banco Bradesco BBI. The offering contributes to the development of the issuer’s activities in the automotive sector.
Cescon Barrieu advised the issuer and relied on partner Daniel Laudisio (pictured left); associates Vittoria Cervantes de Simoni, Isabela Moraes and intern João Pedro Gaspar.
