Cescon Barrieu and Machado Meyer act in Direcional’s debentures issue
Cescon Barrieu Advogados acted as legal advisor to the underwriters. Machado Meyer Advogados advised the issuer Direcional Engenharia S.A.
Cescon Barrieu acted as legal advisor to the underwriters who were retained by Direcional Engenharia S.A., which was represented by Machado Meyer Advogados, for the public distribution, with restricted distribution efforts, according to the CVM Instruction No. 476, of its 8th issue of simple debentures, non convertible into shares, in the total amount of R$100,000,000.00.
The offering was implemented in a short period of time, with technical excellence and the provision of the appropriate legal solutions for the challenges encountered.
Cescon Barrieu advised XP and IBBA and included partner Júlia Barreto Lobo Dutra (pictured left) and associates Carolina Penna Carvalho, Vítor Amaral Castelar Campos and Anaclara da Silva Reis.
