Cescon Barrieu and Machado Meyer advise on Arteris issuance

Cescon Barrieu and Machado Meyer advised on the 17th issuance of non-convertible, unsecured debentures in two series by Arteris, totaling BRL 500 million.

The public offering was carried out through the automatic registration regime pursuant to CVM Resolution 160.

Cescon Barrieu advised Arteris and relied on partner Eduardo Kuhlmann Abrantes (pictured left), associates Joana Vaz, Paulo Velozo, Stella Cunha, Vitor Hugo Mayerhofer, and intern Leticia Amaral.

Machado Meyer represented BTG Pactual Investment Banking, Banco Citibank and Banco Daycoval, and relied on lead partner Guilherme Azevedo Ferreira Alves (pictured right), partner Eduardo Castro and lawyers Isabela De Andrade Pereira, Isabelle Valente, and Matheus Barcelos.
