Cescon Barrieu and Pinheiro Neto act in Algar Telecom’s issuance
Cescon Barrieu advised the issuer and Pinheiro Neto advised the underwriter on the 13th issuance of debenture for public distribution, of Algar Telecom, pursuant to CVM 160.
The proceeds from the offering totalled BRL 300 million, all of which will be used for refinancing the company’s debts and general uses.
XP Investimentos Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários acted as underwriter.
