Cescon Barrieu Advogados advised the issuer Insole Energia Solar S.A.; Pinheiro Neto Advogados advised the underwriter GP Investimentos

Insole Energia Solar S.A. issued BRL 60 million in convertible debentures that are underwritten by GP Investimentos and other investors, the follower, such as Moura Energia.

Cescon Barrieu Advogados advised Insole Energia and relied on partners Alexandre Barreto (pictured top left) and Juliana Lacreta (pictured bottom left); associates Marina Faro e Mariana Bulcão and intern Maria Ribeiro.

Pinheiro Neto Advogados represented GP Investimentos and included partner Fernando Mirandez (pictured right), senior associates Gerson Durant, Renato Grecco, Samuel Dimbarre and legal assistant Amanda Colloca.
