Cescon Barrieu and Pinheiro Neto act on Air Hub’s CRI issuance
Cescon Barrieu advised Air Hub’s for Fase 1 SPE on the offering of Real Estate Receivables Certificates (CRIs) from the 392nd issue of Opea Securitizadora, backed by real estate credit rights owed by Air Hub’s for Fase 1 SPE, in the total amount of BRL 129,500,000.00.
The offering was carried out under the automatic registration procedure, without prior analysis, intended exclusively for professional investors, pursuant to CVM 160. The CRIs were secured by commercial notes issued by the company.
