Cescon Barrieu advised RBR Premium; Stocche Forbes acted as legal advisors of Banco Itaú BBA, Itaú Unibanco and Itaú Corretora de Valores, in the public offering of the 2nd (second) issuance of shares by RBR Premium Recebíveis Imobiliários Fundo de Investimento Imobiliário, in the amount of BRL 123.627.474,99.
