Cescon Barrieu and Tauil & Chequer act on JS Recebíveis issue

Cescon Barrieu and Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown advised on the public offering of primary distribution of quotas of the first issue of the Real Estate Investment Fund JS Recebíveis Imobiliários, under the terms of CVM 160, which was settled in the amount of approximately R$221.3 million.
