Cescon Barrieu as deal counsel in issuance of Localiza Rent a Car
Cescon Barrieu Advogados advised Banco Bradesco BBI and Localiza Fleet on its 12th issuance of simple debentures, non-convertible in shares, unsecured, in a single series, in the total amount of BRL 1.5 billion, with additional fiduciary guarantee from Localiza Rent a Car, for public distribution, under the automatic registration rite, pursuant to CVM 160.
The offer took place with Banco Bradesco BBI, acting as lead underwriter.
Cescon Barrieu advised the issuer, the guarantor and the lead underwritter and relied on partner Alice Fulgencio Brandão (pictured); associates Lucas Ubiratan de Oliveira, André Brandão and intern Filipe Andrade.
