Cescon Barrieu Advogados assisted Labsoft Tecnologia Ltda. in the sale of its shares to Kilimanjaro Capital

Cescon Barrieu Advogados advised the shareholders of Labsoft, a software company for laboratories, industrial quality and sanitation, in the sale transaction of 97.5% of its shares to FIP Kilimanjaro Capital.

Cescon Barrieu assisted the shareholders in all legal aspects, with partner Tânia Karina Liberman (pictured), associates Marcelo Augusto Amim Correia and Thales Ticle Ferreira Bertho.

SFCB Advogados – Salles, Franco de Campos and Bruschini advised the buyer.   

V2 Finance – ONEtoOne was the financial advisor to Labsoft.
