Cescon Barrrieu advises on acquisition of real property in Manaus

Cescon Barrrieu Advogados advised the operation of acquisition of real property located in Manaus/AM from Abunã Participações Ltda., with simultaneous leasing operations to Bemol in the sale & lease back and built to suit modalities, for the purpose of logistical warehouses and expansion.

The operation involved conducting an extensive due diligence and its structuring involving the acquisition of the real property, and its leasing under the sale & leaseback and built to suit modality in order to facilitate the leasing and expansion of the logistics unit, as well as the constitution of real guarantee over the real property for purposes of the securitization operation that made the closing possible. The acquisition of the asset represents an important expansion for the client’s logistics sector in the northern region of the country.
