Cerolini & Ferrari Abogados has assisted Agrotecnología Sala, and the arrangers and underwriters, in Agrotecnología Sala’s first issue of negotiable obligations under the SME CNV Guaranteed Regime for a value of US $1,428,548.

The Series I Notes were issued on 11 September, for a value of US $1,428,548 without interest and at an issue price equivalent to 112.05% of the nominal value of the Notes. The Notes will mature in September 2025 and their principal will be amortised in three instalments.

The offer was addressed to the local market and the Notes have been authorised to be listed and traded on the Mercado Abierto Electrónico (MAE) and Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos (ByMA).

Banco Supervielle and Banco Comafi acted as arrangers, underwriters and guarantors; and Comafi Bursátil and Mediterránea Valores as underwriters.

Agrotecnología Sala is a company linked to agriculture since its beginnings, and has been an official John Deere dealer for 65 years. The business model involves different areas: machinery, after-sales, integral solutions, tyres, and from 2021 the bridgestone agricultural tyres division will be incorporated. The company’s growth has always been managed in a sustainable way and it is currently in the process of obtaining ISO 140001 environmental certification and ISO 45001 health and safety certification.
