CGM Advogados adds Anderson Moura as partner
CGM Advogados has appointed Anderson Luiz Martins de Moura (pictured) to lead its Environmental Law practice. The lawyer, who has close to 20 years of experience in the area, joins the firm accompanied by Lucas Biasetton and João Pedro de Antonio Possi.
The move comes as environmental practices face growing demands linked to climate risk audits, greenwashing prevention and continuous monitoring of issues with potential reputational impact, areas that CGM says require a more sophisticated approach than traditional environmental advisory work.
With the new arrivals, the environmental team will operate in a more integrated way across consulting, litigation and transactional matters, broadening the range of solutions the firm offers clients.
