CGM Advogados announces the promotion of new partners
CGM Advogados has announced the promotion of André Lins, Cristina Rangel Maciel and Fernando Pacheco Di Francesco (pictured from left to right) to the firm.
The promotions are in line with CGM’s sustainable growth strategy.
The three new partners are part of the Corporate, Contracts and M&A practice and bring complementary expertise that strengthens the firm’s full-service model. André Lins is one of the leaders of the Life Sciences practice; Cristina Rangel has extensive experience in corporate governance and private equity; and Fernando Di Francesco also works with estate and succession planning.
