CGM Advogados promotes a new leading-partner

Camila Cardinale (pictured) has joined the group of practice leading-partners of CGM Advogados’ Corporate/M&A areas.

Camila participated of CGM’s foundation and has almost 15 years of experience, advising national and foreign clients from various segments, including automotive, finance, payment methods, fintech, e-commerce, software, and education.

She specializes in M&A, foreign investment, corporate governance, contracts, and wealth planning. Camila graduated in law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP) and holds a specialization degree in Tax Law from Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa (INSPER) and a LL.M. in Corporate Law by the same institution.
