Chávez Vargas Minutti’s team has been strengthened with the incorporation of Francisco “Paco” Turueño Duffour (pictured) as counsel to reinforce the capital market practice. With this integration, the firm has increased its team of consultants to three members.

Francisco Turueño Duffour highlighted “is an excellent opportunity to continue developing my profession and to collaborate in the consolidation of the firm as the best financial law firm in Mexico and one of the best in Latin America and even Europe”. Since the pandemic has changed the world drastically, one of his main challenges is to collaborate in defining the post-COVID strategic plan.

Francisco Turueño Duffour has more than 30 years of professional experience, he focuses his practice in Corporate, Securities, Financial and Administrative law. Last year worked as a partner in the transatlantic project, a Mexican real estate investment fund, and he is part of the company administration council companies in the stainless steel, automotive and financial industries.
