Chalfin, Goldberg & Vainboim Advogados announces Marcos dos Reis Fonseca as the firm’s new managing partner.
With a career spanning more than 15 years in labor law, Marcos joined CGV in 2015 and closely followed the firm’s main cycles of growth, consolidation, and transformation. During this period, he served as coordinating partner and led Labor Operations Management (Legal Ops) in all units, focusing on efficiency, indicator control, and continuous improvement of service delivery.
His work combines solid technical experience in high-volume labor litigation with a strategic management vision, developed from the integration of the legal, operational, and technological areas.
This step, added to CGV’s 25 years of excellence, represents a commitment to take care of what we have built so far and to continue strengthening, with confidence and evolution, the path that still lies ahead.
