Chalfin, Goldberg & Vainboim Advogados announced the addition of Amanda Sixel Canalli Avellar (pictured) to its corporate law and capital markets team.
Amanda holds an LL.M. in Corporate Law and Capital Markets from IBMEC/RJ, graduated from PUC/RJ, and built her career advising on fund raising, capital markets, M&A, and investment fund transactions, with an emphasis on fintech, crypto, and blockchain markets in Brazil and abroad.
Her arrival strengthens our performance in complex transactions, especially in innovative businesses and in constantly changing regulatory contexts.
