Chevez adds Humberto Perez as a new partner

Chevez Ruiz Zamarripa has announced the addition of Humberto Perez Rocha (pictured) as a partner in the corporate, banking, finance and insurance practice in its Mexico City office.

Humberto is a lawyer from Universidad Iberoamericana and previously worked at Galicia Abogados. He has extensive experience advising commercial banks, other financial and insurance institutions, strategic investors and companies in a variety of financing transactions, including syndicated loans, acquisition financings, bridge loans, asset-based lending, infrastructure project finance and financial restructurings.
