Daniel Dias specializes in Labor Law and Dispute Resolution. He holds a law degree from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo, with postgraduate degrees in Labor and Employment Law and Labor Procedural Law from the Escola de Direito Paulista, and an Executive MBA in Strategic and Economic Management of Human Resources from the Fundação Getúlio Vargas. With 20 years of experience, Dias’s impressive track record includes tenures at prestigious law firms such as Demarest Advogados, Lobo & de Rizzo Advogados, and Machado Meyer Advogados, where he was a partner in the labor practice.
With extensive expertise in preventive consulting, judicial and administrative litigation, and experience in the financial, pharmaceutical, technology, and infrastructure sectors, Dias, while a partner at Machado Meyer, led the discussion on a matter of broad impact at the Brazilian Supreme Federal Court (STF) regarding the possibility of including companies from the same economic group in the execution phase of labor lawsuits.
