Chilean law firm Honorato Delaveau has welcomed attorney Matías Langevin as a new partner, and who will lead the firm’s corporate finance and international transaction practices.
Langevin (pictured) brings years of experience in financing operations, M&A, and capital markets transactions to the Santiago-based firm.
He received his LLB from the Universidad de Los Andes, where he later taught economic law from 2011-2017, and holds an LLM from Duke University Law School. He is a member of the International Bar Association, and Officer of its Banking Law Committee since 2016.
Prior to joining Honorato Delaveau, Langevin worked at Morales & Besa since 2004, and was made partner there in 2012 after working for two years as international associate at Shearman & Sterling LLP in New York.
