Chiode Minicucci Advogados has announced Rubens Gaspar Serra as new partner
Chiode Minicucci Advogados, specialized in Labor Law and Littler Mendelson Global’s correspondent in Brazil, announced the new partner Rubens Gaspar Serra (pictured).
Mr. Serra arrives to lead the firm’s business development practice, concentrating his activities both in litigation and consulting matters.
With a professional background of over 35 years, Rubens has extensive experience in the corporate area, including the coordination of several mergers, acquisitions, corporate transactions, and privatizations.
He was also a partner of the law firms Demarest e Almeida Advogados, Leite, Tosto e Barros Advogados, Azevedo Sodré Advogados and Sette Câmara, Corrêa e Bastos Advogados.
The new partner has also worked for companies in the financial sector, such as Banco C6 and Galápagos Capital.
