ClarkeModet Colombia names Silvia Patiño as director of Technical and Legal Services

Silvia Patiño has joined the Intellectual Property group, ClarkeModet Colombia

 ClarkeModet Colombia has named Silvia Patiño Rodríguez as director of Technical and Legal Services in Colombia, where Patiño will be in charge of supervising the team responsible for the management of patents, trademarks and other Intellectual Property rights, as well as its legal services.

Prior to her incorporation, Silvia Patiño was Legal and Intellectual Property Manager at Grupo Corona, and worked as a lawyer in different prestigious firms in Colombia throughout her legal career.

Silvia Patiño holds an LLM in American Law with a specialisation in Intellectual Property from Boston University, specialising in both Business Law and Intellectual Property from the Externado de Colombia.

ClarkeModet, founded in 1879, is one of the largest IP groups in Spanish and Portuguese speaking countries. It currently has a presence in 10 countries, with a team of more than 500 experts and 22 offices of its own. The company arrived to Colombia in 1995.
