Cleary acts in Sitios senior notes offering

Cleary Gottlieb has acted as advisor to Sitios Latinoamérica (Sitios) in a Rule 144A/Regulation S offering of USD $650 million of 6% senior notes due 2029. 

The transaction was priced on November 20 and closed on November 25.

Bank of America and Citigroup acted as global coordinators and joint bookrunners, and Barclays and Scotiabank acted as joint bookrunners.

Sitios, a spin-off of América Móvil, is one of the largest owners, operators and developers of wireless communications infrastructure in Latin America, with 36,301 towers in 16 countries in the region.

Cleary’s corporate team included partners Manuel Silva (pictured right) and Duane McLaughlin (pictured left), associate José Andrés de Saro, and law clerk Sonia Montejano.
