Clifford Chance counsels SierraCol on financing
Clifford Chance has counselled Colombian oil producer SierraCol Energy Limited, and certain of its subsidiaries, in connection with a loan granted by Bancolombia (Panama) to finance the acquisition of certain assets in Colombia.
