Clifford Chance promotes Guido Liniado to partner as part of Latin America team
Clifford Chance has promoted Guido Liniado as partner in its New York office, and who is a member of the law firm’s Latin America Group and World Wide Projects Group.
Guido advises financial institutions, institutional investors, sponsors and corporate clients in a broad range of matters involving Latin America and the Caribbean, including project development and finance, project bonds, structured finance, credit enhancement, general lending and workouts.
He has substantial experience in multi-source finance transactions in the energy and infrastructure sectors, particularly in Colombia and Argentina.
Guido is ranked as a ‘next generation’ lawyer in Legal 500 Latin America for Projects and Energy (2017 & 2018) and Banking and Finance (2018).
An Argentinian citizen, he studied at the Universidad de Buenos Aires and the Universidad de Alcalá de Henares in Madrid and worked at Bruchou, Fernandez Madero & Lombardi as an associate, and for
Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton in New York as an international lawyer, before joining Clifford Chance New York as an associate in 2013.
