CMARTINS announced Flavio Franciulli as new partner of Strategic Litigation in São Paulo

The full-service law firm CMARTINS Advogados, a reference in Corporate Law in Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo, announces the admission of Flavio Franciulli (pictured) as a new partner of the strategic litigation area in São Paulo. The new partner will hold the position of leader of the Strategic Litigation area in São Paulo.

Flavio has more than 25 years of experience in the legal area. During 12 years he worked in one of the largest financial institutions in the country, acting in the area of banking and strategic corporate law, in contentious and advisory cases in disputes involving contractual discussions, civil liability, public civil actions, privatizations, capital markets, insurance and reinsurance, and also led the area of arbitration and dispute resolution.
