CMS fully integrates with Woodhouse Lorente Ludlow in Mexico
Woodhouse Lorente Ludlow in Mexico becomes the fifteenth member firm of CMS.
Both law firms have worked together for a number of years, particularly in the energy and infrastructure sectors; with the Mexican outfit closely affiliated to CMS in the UK since June 2014.
In Mexico, the firm will be known as CMS Woodhouse Lorente Ludlow.
CMS is now the world´s sixth largest law firm, with 4,500 lawyers working out of 74 offices in 42 countries. In Mexico, the firm is home to four partners.
In Latin America, the firm already has a presence in Brazil and, in 2017, it announced the integration of Carey & Allende in Chile, GRAU Abogados in Peru and Rodríguez Azuero Contexto Legal Abogados in Colombia.
