COSRO announces new tax partner
Costa Rodrigues Advogados (COSRO) has announced the arrival of Heber Sacramento (pictured) as its new tax partner.
With more than 25 years of experience advising companies in the main sectors of the economy, such as agribusiness, energy & natural resources, and life sciences & healthcare, Heber brings a solid background in tax consulting and planning, corporate reorganizations, M&A, special regimes and strategic tax litigation.
His background and work in large law firms and audits (Big Four) provide an integrated vision between legal, accounting and business, which is an important combination for facing the challenges of a changing tax environment.
Heber holds a master’s degree in Tax Law from PUC-SP, an MBA in Finance from IBMEC-RJ, and was a professor at FGV-SP.
