CQS/FV Advogados announces a new partner
Cesnik, Quintino, Salinas, Fittipaldi e Valerio Advogados has announced André Megale (pictured) as its new partner.
Former Director of Governance and Compliance at CBF – the governing body of football in Brazil -, Megale joins the Corporate/M&A practice area, joing the Corporate Law department.
André is a lawyer with extensive experience in business law, especially in corporate, capital markets, governance, compliance, and sports law matters. He is a member of the FIFA Football Tribunal as a judge at the Dispute Resolution Chamber (DRC) and worked in related entities such as the Association of Professional Football Leagues in Europe (European Leagues), São Paulo State Government Planning Secretariat, B3 – the Brazil stock exchange, Supervision of Markets and the Brazilian Football Confederation, in addition to stints in major law firms.
