The law firm Cesnik, Quintino, Salinas, Fittipaldi and Valerio Advogados announces the arrival of a new partner: the lawyer Ricardo Gimenes (pictured), who consolidates the areas of Real Estate Law and Succession Planning.
Gimenes has extensive experience in succession planning and implementation of corporate governance rules for family businesses, with direct involvement in Asset Management, acting in the development and execution of real estate and succession planning for companies and families through the constitution of pure holdings, Family holdings and property. He holds a postgraduate degree in Business Law from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, specializing in Real Estate Law from Escola Superior de Advocacia – ESA. He has also a specialization in Notary and Registry Law from Complexo Jurídico Damásio de Jesus and a bachelor’s degree in Law from Faculdades Metropolitanas Unidas – FMU.
The new partner arrives at a time of celebration: CQS/FV Advogados is celebrating its 25th anniversary. Over the years, the firm has expanded its operations beyond the Media and Entertainment area, modernizing and updating according to changes in society and market demands. The areas of Education, Technology and White Collar Crime Law were also recently consolidated, bringing together the expertise of highly qualified professionals to offer full-service customer service.

The Real Estate Law area aims to provide legal advice on all matters involving real estate and its peculiarities, acting directly from the purchase and sale of real estate to the regularization of large areas, developments and adaptation of properties to specific legislation.
With the creation of the succession planning area, the firm offers its clients the possibility of organizing the succession of their assets in advance, being able to arrange the assets according to the owner’s desire, preventing conflicts and considerably reducing costs with taxes and inventories.
