CQT expands practices and launches new areas

Chicarino, Quaresma & Tanaka Advogados (CQT), hired the lawyer Clara Serrão (pictured) to marks the firm’s expansion into the agribusiness sector. She will develop and enhance the firm’s agribusiness, sustainability, real estate, and mining regulatory practices.

With over a decade of experience in consulting for Environmental Law, Real Estate Law, and Agribusiness Law, Clara Serrão specializes in land regularization, complex real estate transactions, and M&A operations involving real estate assets for both domestic and international clients. A member of the Special Committee on Real Estate Law of the São Paulo State Bar Association (OAB/SP), Clara also has extensive experience in ESG strategies and the preparation of socio-environmental reports.
