Creel Abogados adds three partners
Mexican law firm Creel Abogados has added César Morales, Diego Valdés and Pablo Arellano as new partners
César Morales (pictured left) specialises in Corporate Law, including Mergers and Acquisitions, Real Estate and Finance Law, as well as Gaming and Sports Law. César has more than 20 years of experience in Mexican law firms and during his career has advised domestic and foreign clients on the establishment of their operations in Mexico, Joint Ventures, Mergers and Acquisitions, Fund Formation, FinancingTtransactions and Corporate Restructurings. César graduated in Law from Escuela Libre de Derecho in 2004, completed an LLM in International Commercial Law at The London School of Economics and Political Science in 2006 as a Chevening alumnus, and from 2006 to 2007 worked in the New York office of Morrison & Foerster LLP as a foreign associate.
Diego Valdés (pictured centre) has over 19 years of professional experience advising and representing local and international clients on sophisticated M&A, Private Equity, Corporate Governance, Commercial complex contracts and structured Finance and Banking transactions. He has led several projects in Mexico, the United States, Europe, Asia and Latin America, in various industries and sectors of the economy. Before joining Creel Abogados, Diego worked for many years in the M&A and Corporate Finance practice areas of Deloitte Legal and Galicia Abogados. He spent two years as an associate attorney in the New York office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. Diego graduated in Law degree from Universidad Panamericana in 2004. In 2005 he completed a specialisation in Commercial Law at the Universidad Panamericana and in 2006 a Master´s degree in Commercial Law at the University of Stockholm.
Pablo Arellano (pictured right) specialises in Corporate Law, including Mergers & Acquisitions as well as Real Estate and Finance Law practices. His practice has focused mainly on advising domestic and foreign clients in M&A transactions, Corporate Restructurings, Corporate and Commercial matters in general. He has also participated and led Real Estate development and Sale and Purchase projects as well as Structured Financing. Pablo graduated in Law from the Universidad Iberoamericana and subsequently pursued a Master of Laws degree at the University of California at Berkeley in 2015.
