Cuatrecasas advises Bankia on financing for Elecnor projects in Mexico
Cuatrecasas teams in Mexico City and Madrid have advised Bankia on a financing package for Spanish engineering company Elecnor for the construction of high-tension electricity transmission lines and substations in Mexico.
The electricity infrastructure will be built in the states of Baja California and Guanajuato.
The projects from part of a contract signed between Elecnor and Mexico’s state utility CFE, and which has a value of $11.2 million.
Cuatrecasas’ team was led by León López Iglesias (pictured), with Liliana Corzo Flores, Alberto de Villa Albarrán, Ana Isabel Echeverría Ortés, Francisco Carbajal Domínguez and Víctor Romo Ramírez in Mexico City, Miguel Cruz Ropero, Lara María Gutiérrez González, Rocío Vélez Mato, Rebeca Rodríguez Martínez, Araceli Vázquez Rosa and Lucía Arranz Prota in Madrid.
