Cuatrecasas advises BBVA Bancomer, NAFIN and Scotiabank on a syndicated loan granted to Grupo Biossmann

CuatrecasasThe syndicated loan is made up of two tranches, the first consisting of a simple loan to refinance its financial liabilities and the second a revolving loan to cover working capital needs. The amount of the operation is confidential. The syndicate of banks is composed of BBVA Bancomer as coordinating bank, arranger, administrative agent and guarantor, NAFIN as co-arranger, and Scotiabank.

The Cuatrecasas team advising the lenders comprises partners León López Iglesias and José Higinio Núñez and lawyers Juan Carlos Galicia, Alberto de Villa and Ana Isabel Echeverría.
