Cuatrecasas assisted Caixabank in refinancing the debt of the Four Seasons Hotel in Mexico City
International law firm Cuatrecasas has advised CaixaBank on the refinancing of the debt of the Four Seasons CDMX hotel, for a maximum amount of 65 million US dollars.
Four Seasons Mexico City is a five-star hotel located on Paseo de la Reforma, one of Mexico City’s most important financial districts, and is owned by RLH Properties, a hotel asset manager.
