Cuatrecasas advises on EI Estructuras’ Visum sale to BTG

Cuatrecasas has advised EI Estructuras Inmobiliarias (formerly Inverlink Estructuras Inmobiliarias) on the sale of its 50% stake in Visum Capital to BTG Pactual Estrategia y Desarrollo.

EI Estructuras Inmobiliarias, specializing in asset management and operation in the Colombian market, sought to divest from Visum Capital to pursue new development opportunities. The deal closed on January 23, 2025.

The team advising on this transaction was led by partner Felipe Mariño (pictured) and lawyers Daniela Duarte and Alejandro Manrique.
