Cuatrecasas advises OPDEnergy on Mexico PV project financing
Law firm Cuatrecasas has advised Madrid-based OPDEnergy on the $84 million financing of two photovoltaic (PV) projects in Mexico.
The two projects, with a generation capacity of 82.3 and 34.2 megawatts, will be built in the northern states of Aguascalientes and Coahuila. In addition to its offices in Madrid, OPDEnergy has a presence in Chile, Mexico, the US, Italy and the UK, and has developed renewable energy project totalling 5 gigawatts capacity.
