Cuatrecasas and Brigard Urrutia have advised VINCI and Constructora Concreto on obtaining financing of $ 195 million dollars in Colombia

Cuatrecasas lawyers in Bogotá and Brigard Urrutia lawyers advised VINCI Highways and Constructora Concreto on obtaining financing of $195 million dollars from Credit Agricole, MUFG Bank and Banco Santander. The companies will use this financing to extend the Via 40 Express toll road in the centre of Colombia, which connects Bogotá with Giradot.

This transaction is highly innovative due to the use of a synthetic structure that enabled the international financing parties to grant the financing in local currency.
