Clifford Chance’s cross-border, multi-disciplinary team advising on the transaction was led by partner Javier Amantegui, assisted by senior associate Javier Montañés and associate Beatriz Melo, with support from associates Andreína Velásquez, Carlos Aleixandre and Xabier Olabarri. Lawyer María Sabau advised on the financial aspects of the transaction.
