Cuatrecasas has named Kiomi Osorio as partner in its Peru office, Juan Carlos Puentes in Colombia and Juan Manuel Rey in Chile
Cuatrecasas has appointed three new partners: Kiomi Osorio in the Finance, Corporate and M&A practice in Peru; Juan Carlos Puentes in the Finance practice in Colombia; and Juan Manuel Rey in the Litigation and International Arbitration practice in Chile.
Kiomi Osorio (pictured left) is an expert in advising national and international companies on Mergers and Acquisitions, Financial Transactions, Capital Markets, and Banking and Corporate Law. She advises local and international companies on sophisticated multi-jurisdictional transactions relating to share and asset purchases and sales, securities offerings through local and international issuances (under Rule 144-A and US Regulation S), traditional and structured financings, project finance and investment funds.
Juan Carlos Puentes (pictured centre) specialises in Structured Finance and Project Finance. He has experience advising financial institutions on complex financing transactions for highways, ports, airports, energy projects, and other infrastructure projects in Colombia, including multilateral organisations, commercial banks, and sponsors.
Juan Manuel Rey (pictured right), who specialises in International Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution, advises leading companies in international and domestic commercial and investment arbitration. He has extensive experience representing clients in disputes arising from construction and infrastructure contracts, share purchase and sale contracts, and concession and power purchase and sale contracts.
