Cuatrecasas appoints new head of arbitration practice in Lima

Cuatrecasas has hired Domingo Rivarola Reisz as a partner and head of its litigation and arbitration practice in Lima.

Domingo Rivarola of CuatrecasasThe law firm’s Lima office now has six partners: Juan Pablo Porto, partner responsible for tax law; Aldo Reggiardo, who is head of the finance and project financing practice; Óscar Trelles, head of corporate and M&A; and Carlos Lasarte and José Moya, who are also part of the corporate and M&A practice. 

Domingo Rivarola Reisz (pictured) is a specialist in national and international arbitration and has more than 20 years’ experience in controversy solutions, having participated as a defence lawyer in multiple arbitration cases. 

He is a member of the Colegio de Abogados de Lima, and is one of the lawyers on the list of the American Chamber of Commerce’s arbitration centre. 

In Latin America, Cuatrecasas has offices in Brazil, Colombia, Mexico and Peru. The Peru office focusses on corporate and M&A, finance, infrastructure, arbitration, and labour and tax law.
