Cuatrecasas assists CaixaBank in $60m refinancing of Hotel Excellence Riviera Cancún

Cuatrecasas Mexico has represented CaixaBank in a US$60 million loan to Hotel Excellence Riviera Cancún

 Cuatrecasas, through its team in Mexico City, has assisted CaixaBank in refinancing the debt of the Hotel Excellence Riviera Cancún by granting a loan of 60 million dollars to the Mexican company Inversiones Palma.

Thanks to this transaction, CaixaBank consolidates its presence in the luxury hotel sector in Mexico. The financing has the usual guarantees, including a mortgage on the hotel.
