Cuatrecasas assists CMPC in $300m financing
Cuatrecasas, through its office in Santiago de Chile, has advised CMPC Celulose Riograndense and Empresas CMPC in a USD $300 million financing transaction subject to the laws of the State of New York.
With this transaction, signed by CMPC Celulose Riograndense as debtor, Empresas CMPC as guarantor and Export Development Canada as creditor, the CMPC group will be able to promote its corporate projects with a vision of sustainability that respects the most demanding global criteria.
