Cuatrecasas assists MUFG BANK in the refinancing of Termonorte
Cuatrecasas has advised MUFG BANK on the refinancing of the debt of the Termonorte thermal power plant
Cuatrecasas, through its Bogotá office, has assisted MUFG BANK, Ltd. in the refinancing of the existing debt of Termonorte S.A.S. E.S.P. for the operation of the thermal power generation plant located in Santa Marta, Colombia.
As it was a refinancing of a project with the construction phase completed and being in the operational stage, Termonorte S.A.S. E.S.P. as the obligor under the operation, obtained a much more flexible and adequate financing compared to the existing financing.
