Cuatrecasas assists Viva Aerobús in route opening

Cuatrecasas advised Mexican airline Viva Aerobus on the opening of the Cancún – Bogotá – Cancún route

 Cuatrecasas has assisted the Mexican airline Viva Aerobús (Aeroenlaces Nacionales S.A. de C.V.) in obtaining aeronautical permits to operate from December 2021 the Cancún – Bogotá – Cancún route on a commercial basis for the international transport of passengers and cargo, under 3rd and 4th air freedom traffic rights.

This marks an operation managed in record time that promotes commercial and tourism development between Colombia and Mexico.

Cuatrecasas’ team was led by partner Juan Felipe Vera Cardona (pictured left), senior associate Juan Fernando Puerta Sinisterra (pictured top right) and Juan Uribe-Holguín Borda (pictured bottom right).
