Cuatrecasas assists Yinson Holdings Berhad in acquisition of Verano Capital
Cuatrecasas has advised Yinson Holdings Berhad on the purchase of a renewable energy project in Colombia
Cuatracasas, through its offices in Lima and Bogota, has assisted Yinson Holdings Berhad in the acquisition by Verano Capital Holdings SpA, a Chilean-based renewable energy developer, of the shares of a Colombian SPV developing a photovoltaic energy project in Colombia.
The deal is part of a collaboration structure between Yinson and Verano for the development and subsequent acquisition by Yinson of renewable energy projects in Chile, Colombia and Peru.
