Cuatrecasas has announced the appointment of Carolina Menichetti (pictured) as a new partner, bringing her on to lead the firm’s Real Estate M&A practice in Chile. Recognized as one of the leading female lawyers in her field, Menichetti joins the firm with more than two decades of experience advising top investors, corporations, and financial institutions on complex real estate transactions.

Menichetti’s arrival comes as part of Cuatrecasas’ ongoing growth strategy in Latin America, enhancing the firm’s position as a regional and international reference for comprehensive advice on real estate deals. Her expertise spans real estate projects, mergers and acquisitions, asset sales, corporate reorganizations, partnership agreements, and capital markets transactions.

Named among the top professionals in international legal directories—Chambers & Partners, The Legal 500, IFLR1000, and Best Lawyers—Menichetti holds a Bachelor of Laws and an Executive MBA from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
