Cuatrecasas counsels CaixaBank on financing for RLH Properties
Cuatrecasas’ Mexico office has assisted CaixaBank in providing financing to RLH Properties for the construction of the Rosewood Mandarina hotel
Cuatrecasas, through its Mexico City office, has counselled CaixaBank on the financing granted to RLH Properties for the construction and development of the Rosewood Mandarina Hotel in Riviera Nayarit, for a maximum amount of 60 million US dollars.
The Rosewood Mandarina will be an ultra-luxury hotel operated under an operating agreement with Rosewood Hotel Group, with approximately 130 rooms, suites and villas. It is scheduled to open in 2024.
CaixaBank is a Spanish bank headquartered in Valencia with operational headquarters in Madrid and Barcelona, founded in 2011 by Caja de Ahorros y Pensiones de Barcelona, which contributed the assets and liabilities of its banking business.
