Cuatrecasas counsels Exus on GenuX set up in jv with Glencore

Cuatrecasas has advised Exus Management Partners on its joint venture with Glencore to set up GenuX, for the development of renewable energy projects in Mexico and other Latin American countries.

This transaction brings together Exus’ experience in the construction, development and operation of renewable projects and Glencore’s leadership in access to material resources and its knowledge of emerging markets.
